Delivery Policy:

We at The Colourful Aura are determined to make sure you get your order in time. Once your order has been handmade and you have selected UK, Europe, or international delivery, we will send it using the designated delivery method below.

Note that production time is not included in the delivery time. Production times range between one and two working days, and they might be longer during busy times.

Refund Policy:

The Colourful Aura is here for you to gladly accept your returns, exchanges and cancellations based on the following conditions.

• You can contact us within 7 days of the delivery in case any issue with the product or order.

• You can dispatch the items back within 30 days of the delivery for replacement or refund depending on prior communication.

• You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of the purchase.

Items that can’t be returned or exchanged:

Items including Personalized Jewelry items like Brooches and jewelry storage boxes unless they arrive damaged or defective, can’t be returned.

Return Conditions:

• The buyer will be responsible for the return postage costs.

• In case, the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be liable for the loss in value of the item which can lead to non refund.
