How to track your order

Open your dispatch confirmation email

We send this after your parcel leaves us. Search your inbox for β€œThe Colourful Aura” and check spam or promotions folders too.

Select the tracking link

Find the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. For UK parcels, enter it on the Royal Mail tracking page; international emails include the correct direct carrier link.

Allow time for the first scan

Tracking can take a little time to update after dispatch. Check again later if the carrier has not yet scanned the parcel.

  • Confirm the order has been dispatched.
  • Check spam and promotions folders.
  • All international orders are fully tracked.
  • Email us if no dispatch update arrives within 3 business days.

Carrier scans can occasionally pause between depots. Allow the full delivery estimate shown on our Delivery page. If that window has passed, contact us and we’ll investigate.
