Free UK Delivery on Every Order — No Minimum Spend. Standard delivery is always free, no matter how much you spend.

Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day where possible. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the next business day.

International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Dispatch Times

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy periods (sales, holidays) this may be slightly longer. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail or DHL tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the Royal Mail website or the DHL tracking portal.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please:

  • Check your tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email
  • Check with neighbours in case it was left with them
  • Contact us at contact@thecolourfulaura.uk — we will raise an investigation with Royal Mail or DHL on your behalf
