Use a soft measuring tape or wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, ankle or neck. Mark where it overlaps, then measure flat against a ruler. All our chains include a 2.5cm extension for extra flexibility.

The quality of the rings are good unfortunately you can't get the rings wet but that's not a problem for me.
