Use a soft measuring tape or wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, ankle or neck. Mark where it overlaps, then measure flat against a ruler. All our chains include a 2.5cm extension for extra flexibility.

The rings are beautiful and of really good quality. Delivery was also very fast. The only issue is that I wish the description included the smallest diameter you can adjust the ring to, as mine is too big for my ring finger even when tightened as far as possible.
