Style: Handmade, minimalist, mangalsutra-inspired nazar bracelet
Black crystal beads sit alongside a round zircon centre piece in this handmade mangalsutra bracelet. The adjustable fit means it works across wrist sizes without fuss, and the lightweight construction makes it easy to wear all day without noticing it's there.
The nazar (evil eye) motif is traditionally associated with protection in South Asian and Middle Eastern cultures. Here it is worked into a bracelet that reads as understated rather than ceremonial, so it sits just as comfortably on a bare wrist as it does layered with other pieces. The black bead string follows the mangalsutra bracelet tradition, giving the design a grounded, meaningful feel without being heavy or overly ornate.
Wear It With
Pairs well with simple gold or silver stacking bracelets for an everyday layered look. It is also a considered gift for engagements or graduations, given the cultural meaning tied to the design. Wear it alone for something quieter, or build a wrist stack around it.
For anyone drawn to jewellery with cultural roots behind it, the Evil Eye Bracelet collection is worth a look.
